CEO Class 595 (Bosum) Visits ROSDN Watches

On the afternoon of March 8th, Bosum Business School organized CEO Class 595 to visit Shenzhen Ailuo Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. for an exchange activity where outstanding entrepreneur students learned about the enterprise. Led by Teacher Yu Huai from the school, over 30 student representatives from CEO Class 595 participated. Luo Bin, General Manager of Ailuo, warmly received the group and extended a welcome to the teachers and students.

It is reported that Shenzhen Ailuo Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. was founded in 2005 by watch artist Mr. Luo Liqing. With two well-known brands – ROSDN and Ailuo – it is a professional watch manufacturer integrating design, production and sales. It is also a national high-tech enterprise and a renowned clock & watch enterprise in China. After nearly 20 years of market operation and brand accumulation, it has grown into a "Top 500 Most Valuable Brands in China" and a "Top 10 Chinese Guochao Brands". With sales networks across the country, it ranks among the forefront of China's watch industry in terms of brand value, market sales and comprehensive market share, and is listed as one of the "Top 10 Most Popular Watch Brands among Consumers in China's Watch Industry".

At the start of the activity, the group visited the ROSDN & Ailuo watch sales exhibition hall. The students gained a preliminary understanding of the company's business philosophy, operation model and brand building achievements.

Later, General Manager Luo Bin introduced the company's industrial development overview and led the Bosum group to visit the Jiufang Brand Marketing Center and Mingyuehuadu Production & R&D Center. This allowed the students to gain a more intuitive understanding of Ailuo's development strategies, corporate culture and business philosophy, deepening their knowledge of the clock & watch industry's development and market.

After the visit, the Bosum group held a seminar with young entrepreneur Luo Bin and the company's executive representatives.

General Manager Luo detailed Ailuo's development and characteristics, covering aspects such as standardized production processes, the "five-in-one" team management method, Ailuo Watch Think Tank, top 10 brand status, domestic online-offline layout, brand globalization, live-streaming business expansion, Guochao positioning and celebrity brand building.

Subsequently, student representatives from Bosum raised professional questions to General Manager Luo Bin regarding brand development and overseas expansion, creating a lively atmosphere.

At the end of the seminar, Teacher Yu Huai thanked Luo Bin and Ailuo for the reception. She pointed out that entrepreneurial success relies on solid management knowledge and down-to-earth practical experience, while also emphasizing the importance of inspiring innovative thinking and fostering team spirit.

She hoped the entrepreneur students would summarize experiences and gain insights from this visit, and expressed the wish to strengthen school-enterprise exchanges with Ailuo to build a benchmark for business elites in the new era.

This visit aimed to enhance mutual understanding and friendship, provide more opportunities and platforms for future exchanges and cooperation, and achieve common progress and win-win development.
