Job Position: Live Stream Host
Job Responsibilities:
  1. Participate in short drama performances and live streams on Kuaishou and Douyin as arranged by the company.
  2. Maintain contact with fans on the platforms to enhance fan stickiness.
  3. Obey company scheduling and participate in commercial monetization.
Requirements:
  1. Over 18 years old; special talents are preferred; experience in music, modeling, hosting, or anchoring is a plus.
  2. Standard Mandarin; good image, temperament, and camera-friendly; or with distinct personal traits, talents, strong communication skills, and a love for chatting and making friends.
  3. Insights into performance, able to provide creative ideas for the team; short video enthusiast, passionate about acting, strong camera presence; active Douyin user, able to turn personal traits into attractiveness; basic acting skills are preferred.
Job Position: Video Shooting & Editing (Long-term recruitment)
Job Responsibilities:
  1. Assist in managing accounts on Douyin, Weishi, Kuaishou and other short video platforms, and plan operation strategies and fan growth plans for each account.
  2. Collect and screen creative directions for short video topics based on brand characteristics and market needs, and carry out shooting planning and execution.
  3. Assist in completing video creativity, shooting, editing, synthesis, and production.
  4. Research popular video works in the market, independently write short video scripts, and plan shooting schemes.
Requirements:
  1. Good writing skills and rich creativity; able to independently complete pre-production tasks such as topic planning, video style control, and creative script writing.
  2. Passionate about short videos, creative thinking, strong online sense; with certain planning/producing experience.
  3. Familiar with Douyin and other short video apps; experience in Douyin account/MCN operations is preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

Job Position: Overseas Market Expansion Manager (Southeast Asia)
Work Location: Countries in Southeast Asia, India, Vietnam, the Philippines, etc.
Note: This position requires long-term residence or frequent business trips overseas.
Job Description:
  1. Fully responsible for ROSDN brand's overseas (mainly Southeast Asia) project investment promotion and operation management.
  2. Decompose investment promotion performance indicators and formulate investment promotion plans based on the company's strategy and annual plan.
  3. Carry out investment promotion work, complete overseas channel layout and sales targets, focusing on exploring high-quality franchise clients.
  4. Organize training for franchise clients' staff and store operation management, assist clients in improving performance and achieving planned goals.
  5. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
Requirements:
  1. 28-35 years old; bachelor's degree or above from key universities.
  2. Over 3 years of experience in investment promotion, with strong business thinking.
  3. Strong professional quality, data analysis ability, and market sensitivity.

Job Position: Overseas Brand Manager (Southeast Asia)
Job Responsibilities:
  1. Responsible for overseas brand promotion in Southeast Asian markets, including planning brand marketing events, brand investment conferences, media appreciation events, and user community operations.
  2. Research development trends of jewelry, watches, and luxury goods in Southeast Asia, propose localized product development ideas, and design competitive products.
  3. Continuously explore new social marketing methods to build brand awareness and positioning that are significantly different from competitors.
  4. Formulate and implement brand localization optimization strategies.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree or above; over 3 years of experience in overseas social media marketing; active social media user.
  2. Rich local brand channel resources in Asia-Pacific/Southeast Asia, with excellent BD capabilities.
  3. Creative thinking, sharp insight, and strong ability in planning new media events.
  4. Fluent in English, which can be used as a working language; fluent spoken English is preferred.
Job Position: Small Language Social Media Operator (Proficient in Vietnamese/Thai/Bengali)
Job Responsibilities:
  1. Responsible for translation and writing in Vietnamese/Thai/Bengali.
  2. Manage online social media users (acquisition, conversion, retention) based on local culture and customs.
  3. Cooperate with brand managers in researching and translating localized products for Vietnam.
  4. Guide customers to use the company's products correctly online, collect and summarize customer needs, and feed them back to the product department.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree or above; proficient in at least one of Vietnamese, Thai, or Bengali, with strong listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.
  2. Experience in internet operations or Vietnamese students studying in China is preferred; outstanding fresh graduates are acceptable.
  3. Familiar with local cultural customs in Southeast Asian countries, with good Chinese-foreign language comprehension and expression skills.
  4. Quick thinking, strong expression skills, careful in work, strong execution, and good at team collaboration.
