1. Background of ROSDN：

ROSDN was founded in 2005. In just over a decade, it has developed from an unknown brand at the beginning to a watch brand with over 3,000 offline business outlets and ranking among the top five in online sales. During the 2020 COVID-19 pandemic, AILUO people conducted in-depth thinking and strategic adjustments, and formulated a development strategy of promoting the domestic trend culture of clocks and watches, going global and establishing new overseas channels.

2. Introduction to AILUO Think Tank

In January 2021, by listening to the suggestions of leaders and experts from Chinese cultural, brand and industry associations, AILUO initiated the establishment of The AILUO Clock & Watch Development Think Tank Committee (hereinafter referred to as AILUO Think Tank) with the support of universities, associations and other organizations. AILUO Think Tank will focus on the current development situation of enterprises and the industry to identify problems; it will provide forward-looking and policy-oriented guidance and research for accelerating enterprise reform and innovation and optimizing internal governance. Pan Zhenzhou, former Vice Minister of the Ministry of Culture and the first curator of the National Museum of China, visited and guided AILUO twice and gave very valuable suggestions on the establishment of AILUO Think Tank. At the AILUO brand upgrading and think tank launch conference, Minister Pan also improvised a poem and gave it to AILUO, hoping that AILUO would contribute its strength to the great Chinese Dream. Personal Resume: Luo Liqing, a famous watch artist, the 4th President of Dongqiao Watch Industry Association, and one of the Top 100 Craftsmen in Shenzhen. He is the founder of AILUO Intelligent Technology. He was born in Dongqiao Town, Minqing County, Fujian Province. With the exquisite skills honed in the clock and watch field, he has become an outstanding clock and watch master of his generation. He started his business in 1992 and founded his own company. After several ups and downs in the business world, the spirit of Fujian businessmen who dare to think and fight, endure hardships and persevere is fully reflected in him. Personal Resume: Wang Jin, Vice President and Legal Representative of China Cultural Relics Society, Director of the Clock & Watch Professional Committee of China Cultural Relics Society, Great Craftsman of the Country, Deputy Director of the Clock & Watch Research Institute of the Palace Museum, and Research Librarian of the Palace Museum. In the 1970s, he went to the Cultural Heritage Conservation and Science and Technology Department of the Palace Museum to engage in the restoration and protection of cultural relic clocks and watches. He studied under Associate Researcher Ma Yuliang, a clock and watch restorer. After years of painstaking research, he has formed his exquisite restoration techniques. He has restored hundreds of various cultural relic clocks and watches, including dozens of the most complex first-class cultural relic clocks and watches in the collection. In order to inherit this traditional craft in an orderly manner, he has also presided over and completed a number of research projects. In 2018, Wang Jin was elected as the representative inheritor of the fifth batch of national intangible cultural heritage representative projects. Personal Resume: Lin Yonghua entered the clock and watch industry at the age of 18 in 1991. He has a personal independent studio in Shenzhen, focusing on the research and creation of complex timing, perpetual calendar, minute repeater and tourbillon design works of world-top famous watches. For years, he has participated in international exhibitions as a member of the Académie Horlogère des Créateurs Indépendants (AHCI), attracting wide attention. In 2016, Master Lin's debut work as an independent watchmaker, the "Vinyl Record Watch", was launched, which brought people back to the classic vinyl record era with its long-lasting classical music atmosphere; works such as the 2017 Basel Exhibition Commemorative Watch and the 2018 Dragonfly Hero continued to attract admiration. In 2019, Master Lin's work "Wirepuller" was brilliantly launched, representing Mr. Lin's good wish to connect watchmakers and watch enthusiasts, and won unanimous praise again in Basel.
