Brand History

The ROSDN brand can be traced back to the 1990s. At that time, the spring thunder of China's reform and opening-up resounded across the country, and China's watchmaking industry also rose rapidly riding the tide of this era. Mr. Luo Liqing, the founder of the ROSDN brand, had a passion for the watchmaking industry. He started from scratch, devoted great efforts to learning theoretical knowledge of clocks and watches, and put it into practice. He started by opening a watch repair shop in Qinghai, then entered the watchmaking industry in northern China, and later set up factories and explored markets in southern China, experiencing many ups and downs in the business world. Along with this process, the ROSDN brand continued to grow and became a star watch brand in China.

2025Year

  • In March, ROSDN launches the new Nezha Series.
  • In September, ROSDN watches participate in the Hong Kong Watch and Clock Fair.

2024Year

  • In January, ROSDN was selected into the list of Recommended Innovative Consumer Products of China National Light Industry Council, and on the 18th of the same month, it supported the Shenzhen Bao’an Marathon.
  • In July, ROSDN provided loving support for the 10th Shenzhen Disabled Persons’ Health Week and the 1st Disabled Persons’ Darts Challenge.
  • In September, Zhang Yishan attended the joint new product launch conference of ROSDN and the Nantianmen Project.

2023Year

  • In March, it was highly recommended by the China Watch & Clock Association and sponsored the charity football “Zeng Xuelin Cup” friendly match.
  • In April, AILUO Intelligent Technology reached a cooperation intention with Huawei to develop smart watches.
  • In May, it once again obtained the Quality Management System Certification Certificate and the Intellectual Property Management System Certification Certificate.
  • In June, AILUO Intelligent Technology was elected as a member unit of the Special Committee on Design of the China Watch & Clock Association.
  • In July, it launched the co-branded watch with the superhero “Wukong”.
  • In August, ROSDN made an appearance at Guangdong Design Week.
  • In September, AILUO Intelligent Technology launched the “one watch with dual cores” watch, the world’s first integration of Huawei’s smart movement and Chinese mechanical movement.
  • In September, the final chapter of the Wukong series – the “Buddha” series (inspired by Buddha Victorious in Strife) – was launched.
  • In October, AILUO Intelligent Technology went to Meizhou to carry out a charity activity for respecting and consoling the elderly. ROSDN supported the 6th National Fitness Games of Shenzhen Bao’an District.
  • In November, ROSDN reached a cooperation with AVIC Global’s Nantianmen Project IP and successfully signed an authorization agreement.
  • In December, ROSDN made an appearance at the Shenzhen Xili Lake Forum.

2022Year

  • In January, the “AILUO Think Tank” was formally established, empowering AILUO Intelligent Technology in terms of talent, culture, strategy, products, manufacturing, and brand.
  • In March, it was awarded “National Quality and Credit Assurance Product”, “National Demonstration Enterprise for Quality and Service Integrity”, “National Quality Inspection Trustworthy Product”, and “National Brand for Quality and Service Integrity” by the China Quality Inspection Association, and was covered by advanced manufacturing media in Bao’an District, Shenzhen.
  • In August, Zhang Yishan attended ROSDN’s new product launch conference with the theme “Burning Youth, Authentic National Trend” and released two new products of the Wukong Series. Douyin influencers Sanqian Shuobiao (Three Thousand Talks About Watches) and Zhouzhou attended with enthusiasm.

2021Year

  • In January, the “Salute to 2020 · Salute to Extraordinary Ordinary People and Launch Conference of Limited-Edition Colorful Series” commemorating the pandemic was grandly held in Shenzhen Time Valley, with ROSDN’s offline stores exceeding 3,000.
  • In March, the company strategically deployed social e-commerce channels and new live streaming channels. ROSDN ranked second in domestic watch sales, among which Xinba’s single live stream sold over 200,000 ROSDN watches.
  • In April, the Live Streaming Department was established to launch online brand self-operated live streams, ranking among the top 40 self-operated live streaming brands on Kuaishou.
  • In May, the brand-new upgrade of ROSDN, the establishment of AILUO Think Tank, and the launch conference of the new Wukong · Zhan series were grandly held, and the 2025 Plan was announced.
  • In June, it was awarded China’s Top 500 Most Valuable Brands.
  • In September, the new company AILUO Heying and the new marketing center of AILUO and ROSDN brands were grandly completed in Shenzhen Bao’an Jiufang Square.

2020Year

  • In February, AILUO Business School was established to carry out the company’s corporate culture and customer training.
  • In March, the Douyin Department was established, making it the first watch enterprise in the industry with a content creation team.
  • In April, the Foreign Trade Department was set up to conduct global trade business. Platforms such as Amazon and Alibaba International Station were launched successively, with customers covering regions such as Asia, America, Europe, and the Middle East.
  • In May, ROSDN watches joined hands with Huashao to hold the “Born Fearless · National Trend Debut and Huashao Meet-and-Greet Event” in Zhengzhou.
  • In July, ROSDN signed a contract with powerful actor Zhang Yishan as its brand image spokesperson.
  • In October, China’s first superhero-themed watch model, the Wukong Series “Dou”, was released. Together with national trend image ambassador Jiang Chao, a launch conference for Wukong “Dou” was held in Kunming.

2019Year

  • In June, during the Shenzhen International Watch and Clock Fair, ROSDN held the “Born Fearless” new product launch conference with its Fearless Series.
  • In September, ROSDN held a new product launch conference in Vietnam.
  • In December, the ROSDN Brand 15th Anniversary Appreciation Dinner themed “Born Fearless, Inherit Dreams” was successfully held in Bali Island.

2018Year

  • In March, the company was awarded the title of “Demonstration Enterprise for Independent Innovation”, and General Manager Luo Bin won the honorary title of “Leading Figure in Independent Innovation”.
  • In May, ROSDN renewed the contract with Huashao as its brand image spokesperson.
  • In June, AILUO launched the industry’s first “Life Enthusiast” series watches with asymmetric design.
  • In September, the company was awarded the title of “National Model Enterprise for Quality and Integrity”.
  • In October, it obtained the title of “Shenzhen Well-Known Brand” and was rated as a “Famous Watch Enterprise of Guangdong Province”. In the same year, the company began to enter the overseas market and successively opened brand stores in countries in East Asia, Southeast Asia and other regions.

2017Year

  • In February, ROSDN watches made their appearance on Times Square in New York, USA, extending New Year greetings to Chinese people around the world.
  • In May, the “ROSDN Cup” 2017 College Student Watch Design Competition kicked off at Shenzhen University.
  • In June, it participated in the Shenzhen International Watch and Clock Fair.
  • In August, ROSDN joined hands with Huashao to take part in the JD Watch Night Gala, and released JD-exclusive new products on-site at the gala.
  • In December, ROSDN’s e-commerce sales ranked among the top five among domestic watch brands.

2016Year

  • In April, ROSDN signed Huashao as its new brand image spokesperson and was listed among CNPP Top 10 Chinese Watch Brands.
  • In June, ROSDN was awarded “2016 China’s Top 500 Most Valuable Brands” at the World Brand Summit, and together with Huashao, successfully launched the new “Dreamer” Series at the Shenzhen Convention and Exhibition Center.

2015Year

  • In September, ROSDN invited South Korean diva Chae Yeon to support its brand promotion activities.
  • In December, on Christmas Day, ROSDN joined hands with Chen Zhipeng of Little Tigers to hold a brand launch conference to enhance brand influence.

2014Year

ROSDN Watches spared no effort to sponsor Karen Mok, the queen of the music industry, for her 20th Anniversary World Tour Concert. ROSDN and Karen Mok went all out to keep the excitement going to the end.

2013Year

  • In June, it sponsored Wang Feng and Jay Chou’s concerts, and ROSDN watches became the exclusive designated watches.
  • At the middle of the year, the company launched online channels for its business, established an e-commerce department, and opened online flagship stores on platforms such as JD, Tmall, and Vipshop.

2012Year

  • The ROSDN brand promotional video was launched on Youku, with the click-through rate exceeding one million in just three days. The brand also held a brand launch conference together with its spokesperson Ding Junhui.
  • ROSDN ranked among the top 10 Chinese clock and watch enterprises, and the number of its sales counters across the country quickly increased to 800.

2011Year

  • In August, ROSDN Watches signed “Star of the East” snooker world champion Ding Junhui as its brand image spokesperson. Taking the spokesperson’s personal charm and snooker as inspiration sources, ROSDN tailored the “147” Perfect Score Series specifically for Ding Junhui (147 refers to the maximum break in snooker).
  • In October, ROSDN successively won the honors of “Famous Brand of China” and “Top 10 Favorite Clock & Watch Brands of Consumers”.

2010Year

  • Mr. Luo Liqing entrusted the full management of the company to his eldest son, Mr. Luo Bin. After taking over, Mr. Luo Bin formulated a series of brand promotion and marketing strategies. He established the Marketing Department and took a proactive approach to develop the market; by the end of the year, the number of national sales counters of the two brands had reached more than 300.

2009Year

  • ROSDN Watches made its appearance on the program Avenue of Stars of CCTV-3.
  • In the same year, it launched the Broad-minded Series of automatic mechanical watches and the All-steel Forward Series.

2008Year

  • In 2008, ROSDN pioneered the cross-border entry into gold and jewelry channels in the industry by opening a store in Nanning, Guangxi.
  • In September of the same year, it participated in the Hong Kong International Watch and Clock Fair and the Shenzhen International Watch and Clock Fair.

2007Year

In 2007, ROSDN launched the “Eternal” Tungsten Steel Series. With its excellent quality and fashionable design, it ranked among the forefront of the domestic watch market, laying a solid foundation for the rapid development of ROSDN watches.

2006Year

In 2006, ROSDN focused on product quality and carried out large-scale outdoor advertising promotions, making it the largest watch brand in Guangzhou.

2005Year

Mr. Luo Liqing aspired to build China’s top-tier watch brand. In 2005, he registered the “ROSDN” (劳士顿) trademark in Guangzhou, kicking off the extraordinary journey of the ROSDN brand’s development.

1990Year

The spring thunder of reform and opening-up suddenly roared, and wise men acted in line with the times. In March 1990, Mr. Luo Liqing traveled far to Xining, Qinghai, founded the first watch store, and unfolded the prelude to a legend.
