ROSDN provides you with a twelve-month free warranty service, and the warranty period is calculated from the date of purchase. For issues not covered by the warranty or after the warranty period expires, you can still enjoy professional repair and maintenance services provided by ROSDN in accordance with the company's unified charging standards.
The following situations are not covered by ROSDN's free warranty service:

Normal wear and aging of external components (watch case, metal strap, watch glass, buckle, crown, case back, bezel) (e.g., surface scratches, fading color);

Color or material deterioration of non-metal straps (such as leather straps, fiber-woven straps, plastic straps);

Wear and peeling of the electroplated layer outside the warranty period;

Corrosion of the watch case surface caused by contact with corrosive gases or chemicals;

Damage to any part of the watch caused by abnormal or improper use (impact, knocking, extrusion, surface damage, etc.) or failure to operate in accordance with the ROSDN watch user manual;

Watches that have been disassembled or tampered with by any person not authorized by ROSDN (such as battery replacement, maintenance services, and repairs);

Economic losses or other losses caused by timing errors of ROSDN watches.
